We have recently been awarded a grant from the Essex County Council Arts and Cultural fund to expand into a proper oral history project. The arts, cultural and creative projects supported by the Essex County Council Arts and Cultural Fund , will contribute to the Levelling UP Essex Strategy and play an integral part in enabling the objectives of Essex County Council’s wider objectives as set out in Everyone’s Essex.

This grant has allowed us to upgrade our recording equipment, launch this website and most importantly take the podcast on the road to record people’s stories across Essex. Follow us here for the latest news on this project…
